Secretary Spread

Secretary Spread is a slang term used to refer to the widening of the hips and buttocks. Secretary Spread most commonly affects those who sit at a desk all day snacking on the dreadful take-out, office snacks and treats. The spread can actually start right under your ribs and extend to above your knees. This is caused from the hunched over position most people ensue after a few hours of working on a computer. The pressure applied to the buttocks and thighs seems to flatten and extend these areas causing the dreadful spread effect! Don’t even get me started on the “pregnancy belly” most women who have already had children will tend to create from sitting in this position extending there tummies outward! Oh, it’s time to exercise again!
